Commencing in the 1990s, Dr. Keith To was the first trainer to provide internationally recognised training to qualify hypnotherapists in Hong Kong. Keith focuses on a non-directive style of hypnotherapy which allows clients to work out their own solution without undue interference from the therapist. He is also an experienced NLP trainer.

When Keith is not teaching, he also provides a coaching and consulting service to both personal and corporate clients. He has co-authored 6 books to date and is currently writing another book on systemic thinking, which can be used both in hypnotherapy and daily life.
